Serving thousands of nonprofits allows for economies of scale. The more charities we help, the lower prices we can offer. We also made a deliberate decision not to charge monthly subscriptions - we only make money when you make money, which aligns our incentives perfectly with yours.
Your Givingtech experience will be completely free. You can use the full CRM, email marketing, grant management, and other tools without ever processing a payment through us. You'd be missing out on an amazing fundraising platform, but there's absolutely no cost to use Givingtech as a standalone CRM.
Every payment made on Givingtech is processed directly through your own Stripe or PayPal account - we never hold your funds. When a donor gives, the money goes straight to your account and is available for payout according to Stripe's or PayPal's standard payout schedule (typically 2 business days for Stripe). There's no Givingtech holding period.
Absolutely. With our native Salesforce app and Zapier integration, it's easy to sync donation data between Givingtech and virtually any CRM in the world - including Salesforce, HubSpot, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, and others. Donations processed through Givingtech will automatically appear in your existing CRM in real time.
We have an easy import process. Just prepare a spreadsheet of your donors and donation history, and our system - with AI assistance - will create donor profiles and sync their records automatically. For most organizations, the entire import takes under an hour. Our support team is also available to help walk you through it.

We also support ACH bank transfers (US), online wire transfers, and recurring standing orders. International GivingGlobal members can additionally accept check donations and stock/securities transfers.
The Donate Now, Pay Later feature - which allows donors to commit to any gift amount and pay in monthly installments over up to 12 months - uses the same transaction fee structure as regular donations. The fee is applied on each monthly installment payment as it comes in. There's no additional fee for using the installment feature itself.
